Good guide, could use some updating though for efficiency. Just unlocked the Teller of Secrets and I'm still level 3. I would recommend getting the tenebrium after, so you still get the skillbooks for level 3. The extra exploration XP and quest reward for getting tenebrium will bump you into level 4. Avoid any fights, dialogues and waypoint activations you can to minimize the XP you pick up.

Blood stones needed: 5.
1. Evelyn.
2. Inn room.
3. Road to Silverglen
4. Church basement.
5. Church basement.

I can confirm that, as of 1.0.81, the Teller of Secrets restocks her inventory of skill books each level.

I did this again with some low levels. You can actually aquire thestarstones you need without going to the pirate cove.
When you go up to get the tenebrium go south some to the teleport. It on the big moutain over the river, before the immaculate village.
Use the teleport which takes you to under the immaculate church, there are two bloodstones there to be picked up.
I can garuntee this can be done and have Teller of secrets by level 4. I was 3/4 on my way to 5 when I got my first 2 books.

This is still possible I play online and managed to get to the keeper of secrets by level 3. I am now level 18 and I can say The books have been there every single level.

Now for everyone who is saying they don't have enough money I got two ways for you to make some money.
A: Hire a level 1 Merc and make him your barter/crafting dude, he is not here for combat just to go sell stuff for you.
B. Use your invisibility to steal everything and pick up everything. Explore the map.
I have done this and at level 10 I no longer had a use for gold, and thats buying all the books since level 3. I can't tell you how much it was cause I had a guy up to Barter 6 fairly fast with items. Now at level 18 I have well over 200k gold and that's after buying tons of items all the secret maps and respeccing my characters twice.

I was referring to the Keeper of Secrets books restocking every level. I read that it was changed in patch 1.0.72, so I didn't patch.

I'm not sure if it's refreshing every level or by time passed in game, I got to hall of secrets at level 4, i'm now level 5 and I've managed to buy each book 3 times. I've spent a lot of time afk, so it's hard to say if the refresh is every day or every 2 days. Still for now Teller of Secrets is getting new books. Cyseal has been stripped clean of everything that's not nailed down though, so duno how I'll get the money for the next pair. Investing in bartering (traits, items, and skill points) is well worth it though, they cost me a little over 7k each which is a huge saving).

Also you don't fight in the goblin camp you go around, throwing pyramids around gets you past everything that can kill you apart from geomancer shop, which needs invis and quick looting before you pyramid out.

I skipped the tutorial and any as much combat/discovery xp as possible, just went back and did it all later.

You can cross the River with the Teleporter (postiontion may take a while) or just jump across (tactical retread, phoenix, teleport etc)

As stated, this only works prepatch 1.0.72. Fwiw - i got there at level 5 only fighting tutorial skele and orc invasion at the start. I suppose yould get there at level4 but it was too hard to resist bonus exp heh. I couldnt cross river at step 11. Also didnt risk fight in goblin camp at level 4. You will need to seriously invest in bartering: power leveling is expensive :S

It's possible to get there at level 4, guess I missed some disco xp. Many thanks for this guide though, having Tiberium skill this early should prove interesting =p

Now to try and steal everything that's not nailed down and sell it so I can buy those books.
