Crashes my MS Surface Pro 6. Black Screen, cant control computer. Had to reset PC, safe mode Wallpaper Engine, and Unsub

Pushed an update that should hopefully have fixed any issues.

@HED5979 Latest wallpaper engine update seems to have broken compatibility with one of the shaders I'm using. Disable the bokeh blur option for the time being in the properties of the wallpaper.

when i choose it, my screen is only flashy red =/
