I often prefer to play games with guide, so I made one for you to enjoy my game. This covers the simple progression of how to put your dad back together. If you follow this guide to a T you will miss a majority of the content in this game, as it is designed to be experienced through gradual exploration and player understanding of the world around them.

Part 1: School

Wake up, head to the kitchen and out the north door to the garage.
Grab the screwdriver from the closet.
Exit through the south door of the kitchen and get on the bus.
Ride in the back seat of the bus to school.
Head right in T-shaped entrance hallway until you see the GYM
Ask the boy on the bleachers what he wants
Head back to the T-shaped hallway and enter the restroom with a toilet on the door.
Interact with the vent to access the lunch room
Get the pizza that the boy wanted and return the way you came
Follow the boy to the detention room
Pick up the pizza with E and press SPACE to throw it up, and in front of the teacher
Exit the north side of the detention room
Exit the north side of the janitors closet

Part 2: Tunnels

Head centrally until you see a paper lying alone, and pick it up
Walk off the edge of the 1st floor onto the newly visible white space (2nd floor)
Avoid the legs and navigate to a circular formation to return to the 1st floor
Navigate toward the north east of the 1st gray floor until you see a map on a wall
Drop down to the 2nd (white) floor
Get to the northernmost white floor circle to return to the 1st floor
Head west as far as possible, then south.
Quickly drop to the 2nd floor, pick up the Deep Map on the solid white rectangle, then immediately walk south to drop onto the 3rd floor (deep)
Head south to get an idea of where the singing white idol is.
Return to the central area of the map, and work your way to the southernmost point.
This location will need to be returned to so take a mental note of it
Head west toward the idol. Quickly interact with it and make your way back to the southernmost point
Now head east, then north until you see the caged rabbit. Pick it up, and immediately walk north to drop from the 3rd floor to the 1st, then immediately walk south toward the white ladder. Take the ladder
Navigate central east until you have to navigate north.
Get to the northeastern portion of the area
Give the caged rabbit and idol's tool
Head up the ladder, and from the park, go north to the lake
Either do what you were sent to do or don't
Just make sure you pay attention
Return to the hatch entrance in the park, and show them your work
Make sure to grab the skateboard after talking in the den

Part 3: Masked House

With the skateboard, make your way to the area just outside of your house
Head east on the road
Press SHIFT to hop on the skateboard, and SPACE to jump. Both actions require adequate space.
Use the skateboard to navigate east until you cannot anymore
Head north to the house
Talk to everyone on the floor, and then attempt to leave
Head into the mothers room
Attempt to flee
Talk to the twins in the south east of the area
Head back to the mothers room and out the back door to the yard
Enter the shed

Part 4: Mother's Mask

Navigate the western exterior of the hand flowers to their southwestern corner and find Crescent
Attempt to enter the hand field
If unsuccessful, navigate left from crescent to find the hand food dispenser
Attempt to enter the hand field
If unsuccessful, return to Crescent
Attempt to enter the hand field
If unsuccessful, at this point you should really be reading the dialogue in the game.
Listen to Crescent
Once you have made it through the hand field, descend.
Make your way east, then take the first north, then take the first east.
Approach the mirror, and press the switch.
Used the mirror's visual guidance to navigate the maze, responding appropriately to the audiovisual cues of the now nearly-invisible hand flowers
exit the south side of the maze

Part 5: Mother's Subsurface

Before explaining exactly how to solve this puzzle, I will first explain what you should be paying attention to:
The rooms positions relative to each other, and the maps in each room. Each map is explaining the same thing, and telling you the same solution to the puzzle. They're all just doing it in a different way.

the mechanic at hand:
The space is organized into a north room, east room, south room, and a west room. Any time you head north you return to the north room, any time you head east you return to the east room, etc. However, from any one of these rooms, if you head in their direction a second time, you return to a distinct central room. The rooms require a sequence in which you pass through them.

and finally some explicit instructions:

From the kitchen, navigate east
From the hand, navigate south
From the pile, navigate west
From the snake, navigate west
Talk to the fetus

Assemble Father

Now, with both pieces of your dad released, if you have followed this guide, you are able to reassemble him. If you have strayed, you need to retrieve both pieces from wherever they ended up.

Wake up, leave your room, and return to it. Go to bed.
From the upstairs hallway in the dream, enter the door to your father's den.
Place the body parts on his chair
Leave the room, head south to the face of the animal, and make your way through the school to the lockerroom.
Head through the hole in the north wall of the locker room, and then south toward the light
Head east toward your mom's room, and enter via the guiding light on it's eastern side.
Head upstairs and see what you put back together
