i know i am a minority here: this is a bad design...
the most bottom left prisoner cell will take 1/2 - 1 hour to get to workshop/chapel etc..
if u have multiple sec type prisoners mixed in there, i can see they will use the same facilities.
canteen/kitchen ratios don't even close to add up right.
SO MUCH space wasted.

BUT, u do make money with 400+ prisoners so i guess that's good
