I made some changes to Gikerl's Power Grid mod to support all necessary recharged rules:
Different card back on 03-15 power plant
Discount token
Step 2 barrier and Game End barrier
Also included money counters for each player instead of using paper money

To switch to the US map: Unlock and remove the Germany board and the resources pre-placed on it, drag the US board to the middle of the table, and lock it. Set up the two barriers as normal. Remember that in the US map coal is an unlimited resource that you could always buy for 8 Elektros!
