Wu Civilization and Leader Pack

This mod provide a new Civilization Wu Kingdom and two Leaders, "Luo Tong" and "Xu Sheng". Requires GS.

The idea comes from a Chinese cardgame "Legends of the Three Kingdoms". The rules in this game come from the world famous card game "Bang!", but the game is set during the Three Kingdoms period in China.

• Leader Ability of Luo Tong: Diligent Government
  +10% Production towards constructing districts. Trigger a Eureka, an Inspiration and an immediate completion of current Technology and Civic per each 3, 5 and 8 districts. City center and wonders are included.[NEWLINE]On the other hand, -30% yields from plot harvests and feature removals in city.
  
  
• Leader Ability of Xu Sheng: Valiant Encouragement
  Only once in a turn after a melee attack, for each 10 health point exceeding the opponent, inflict an additional damage to all enemy units within 3 tiles; the additional damage equals to 1/4 of enemy's current health, and the maximum is 3/4 of current health. After the additional damage, the attacking unit receive a bit experience. At the end of turn, those inflicted units, if alive, gain health equal to the additional damage they have received.
  
  
• Agenda of Luo Tong: Kind Government
  Tries to make the citizens in each city as happy as possible. Likes civilizations that also develop in this fashion.
  
  
• Agenda of Xu Sheng: uardian of Eastern Wu
  Likes civilizations who are their declared friend. Hates civilizations who backstab and declare surprise wars.Never gives up items in a peace deal, and likes civilizations who match that approach. Dislikes civilizations who have capitulated or who have never gone to war.
  
  
• Civilization Ability 1: Excellent Equipment
  Receive a free Support Unit on completion of pre-requisite technology.
  
  
• Civilization Ability 2: Violent Settlement
  All combat units +3 Combat Strength when fighting Barbarians. Award a free builder for each Barbarian Outpost cleared to the nearby city.
  
  
• Unique District: River Harbor
  Replaces the Harbor district and cheaper to build once Sailing is discovered. Triggers a Culture Bomb.
  +2 Gold, +2 Production to Fishing Boats in the city. City trained navi units +5 Combat Strength in Coast tiles, but -5 Combat Strength in Ocean tiles.
  Trade Route capacity once Medieval Faires is discovered. Your Trade Routes ending here provide +2 Production, +2 Culture to their starting city.
  
  
• Unique Unit: Fireship
  Wu Kingdom's unique unit that replaces the Galley. Lower cost, increased Movement and decreased Combat Strength.
  When attacked, if the Fireship is near Wu Kingdom Cities within 10 tiles, it will inflict damage equal to 50% of its lost health to adjacent enemy units and gain a bit experience.
  
  
• Unique Improvement: Army Farm
  +2 Food, +1 Production. +1 Food and Production from adjacent Aqueduct.
  Cities receive +1 Amenity from their first Army Farm improvement. Upon discovering Feudalism, cities receive +1 Amenity from their second Army Farm improvement. Provides +0.5 Housing. Receive an additional Housing once Feudalism is discovered.
  Have the same adjacent food bonus as farm from Feudalism and Replacable Parts. Provides Tourism from Food after researching Flight.
  Must be placed adjacent to a river. Can only be built on Grassland or Plains at first. Can be built on Grassland Hills and Plains Hills once Iron Working is discovered.
