Very first info

First, to get the hat, you need to unlock crimecraft gangwars achivement "Key to city" it takes around 30 minutes to 2 hours to do so, depending how well you do in later boss fights.

Getting into action

If you have downloaded the game and launch it, then it downloads the latest patches which takes around 5-10 minutes, after that you are ready to go.

First, to even play, you need a mayngames account, you can create one here: http://account.mayngames.com/account/signup or click on "my account" in game menu(directs to same page).

If its done, your password will be sent to your email. (Yes its a random numbers code, copy it).

Enter your account name and paste the password, and get started.

Getting the achivement (and hat)

Create your character, name it, continiue, then play and complete your first match. (PvP or training).
Once its done, you will be given tasks where you have to customize, buy new stuff, rename your character. Do EXACTLY how the tasks say, and you will be level 5. Once you have reached level 5 , just play and complete one or two Headhunt (boss) matches, those give the most experience.

Headhunt - A PvE mode where a group of players must fight through hordes of PvE bots to kill a boss located somewhere on the map. There are also 4 mini-bosses that can be optionally killed to lower the defense of the main boss and to reduce the frequency of PvE spawns.

Once you reach level 6 the achivement will unlock, and once you launch TF2 you will have the hat, enjoy!
