Delivering HumAid
Better way of delivering HumAid/b]

Tired of your troops delivering only one HumAid at a time? ♥♥♥♥ waiting.

Park that ♥♥♥♥♥ right in front of the door. Close enough where your soldier will have room to squeeze in and deliver the carried item. Now if you do like I did in this screenshot. Your man will deliver all of the items within seconds.
Combat Tips
Mortars

I see people complain about these a lot so I will try to shed some light on how to deal with them. When enemies fire the mortars regardless if you see them or not. The mortars will create a black smoke effect in the distance. They also have a spotter that can sometimes be seen.

I recommend until you find the mortars, to keep moving and split your guys up into smaller squads if it gets bad enough. Don't stay in one spot for too long if you suspect mortars are nearby. Your soldiers can have a pretty good line of sight, since you have a birds eye view. Use it to scan the area for them.

Should look something like this. It goes away pretty quick so keep your eyes peeled.

RPGs

If you haven't already figured this out then make sure to prioritize killing the RPG first. Avoid sending your vehicles near them. Also by near, I would go as far as to say if a RPG dude can see your vehicle. Your vehicle is at risk. In my experience these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can hit your vehicles from far away.

Enemy Snipers

I'd say another significant threat would be the snipers equipped with SVDs. They may not see like much when they aren't in sniper mode but If they do go into sniper mode, the snipers can one tap your men. I would also try to kill these guys quickly.

General Combat

Try to keep your enemy at a distance since your guys are better suited at long range combat. Keep in mind if your soldiers aren't very experienced they may not be the greatest at first but when they become seasoned fighters, hell it will feel like you are cheating. I have noticed that enemy riflemen and machinegunners aren't very good the farther they are from you. Now don't underestimate them because in large numbers it can get dicey but keep that in mind when choosing your battles. Last thing RPGs and Snipers will always be a threat to you, it can't be overstated how nasty RPG bois can be.

Clearing Houses

Best way to clear houses in my experience is to have either a armed humvee or a squad suppress the building while a squad actually breaches the building. Your dedicated breaching squad shouldn't exceed 4 since in my experience, larger squads tend to create more problems. It's also easier to keep them together.

CAS

Don't cheap out on CAS if you need it. This can and will even the playing field if you are going up against ♥♥♥♥♥♥ odds. The A-10 is a beast and I love it but I usually use the artillery barrage since it's cheaper and gets the job done. If you can get a good fire mission on a large group of enemies or armored vehicles, I suggest you do it since at least 4 enemies will pay for the cost of the artillery support. Just make sure you aren't going to hit civilians and it's not near villages since they don't like fireworks near their houses.

Expansion

Once you are familiar with the game it's not hard to steamroll through your enemy. If you go too fast then you will start spreading your soldiers too thin and bad things will happen. So I suggest to expand at a pace that you can keep up with. Establish a good defensive line against the enemies that are in plain view. Now for the ones who hide in civilian vehicles, do your best to manage traffic control and create checkpoints. (I know it's a pain in the ass) But the enemy will use that to sneak men past your lines. So to conclude, only take what you can reliably defend.

Being the aggressor

Try to be the one that dictates the engagement. I usually keep one or two squads handy to harass the enemy and kill them before they can organize an attack. I won't use this dedicated squad to hold anything, its purely an aggressive force that is used to disrupt enemy progress and hopefully reduce the number of attacks on my controlled territory. Also setting up your own ambushes wouldn't be a bad idea. Enemies do drive in convoys through the map, so try to wipe them out before they can deal some serious damage.

Medics

It's always good to have medics around regardless but before a major attack that you will either be taking over a new town or attacking large groups of enemies. I suggest having medical ambulances on stand by to extract the wounded.
