UPDATE: Added the Birds of Paradise mod for Elven pirates, if your game is crashing its because you require this now.

Hello everyone, this is a submod designed to give a little flavor to Marienburg so they can have a mixed culture army consisting of their normal troops and mercenary pirates. This also provides pirate units to NWC as they include port Reaver, known pirate town.

This mod does NOT give them a legendary lord or any custom heroes, all it does is give them some of Nanu's units as well as the Elven Pirate Birds of Paradise units to simulate Marienburg's culture. All added units should be able to receive buffs from their lords and tech and should be compatible with most if not all mods except for those who directly change Marienburg as a faction.

So super awesome to see the fleet admiral option, but he has no recruitment cost? Still has the far more important upkeep, but fyi if you ever update this mod.

Okay, so for anyone who stops by this, likes Nanu's, and is curious about this and Marienburg mod; Yes, this actually works cohesively with Marienburg mod, and actually adds a whole bevy of the Sartosa units, including even the Norscans.

Only weird thing now is that you get both the limited quantity Sartosans, and the Nanu's Sartosans, both in the level 1 docks at Marienburg. Only thing missing now is Hullhammer and Sartosan artillery replacing the standard stuff! :P

But the Elven Handgunners are not available in the new Marienburg faction mod or did i overlook something? Or does this mod here just still works with adding them even with this whole Marienburg overhaul?

The full unit list would be awesome, or at least the non-monstrous additions. The heroes would work great alongside empire armies, and really give great flavor to a Marienburg campaign. Powder-cooks alongside hell-storm rocket batteries and priests of Manaan being supported by wizards of the colleges. Even the norscan heroes would be great, as Empire Captains can be pretty lackluster in melee, but the norscans always rock in my campaigns as Sartosa. Worst part of those games is that no one likes me enough to trade, even though so many buildings from Nanus mod give additional trade materials.

Southern Realms should be able to recruit some of them, and there are other mods that can allow certain empire factions to recruit them, but on top of that anyone who is allied with Marienburg can recruit them as well due to outposts.
