Getting Started

This guide is up to date with the 1.3.0 update

This is an in depth guide that will show you all the gems and held items locations you can dig up in Velua.

You will first need to get one of the drill shovels located in Darudic. Which is the sand town located right on the center of the map.

Once you've reached Darudic, head over to the top of the map, you will end up seeing a house with a NPC peaking over a window. This is the house you want to head in.

Once you're inside, you will have the choice between a silver drill or a golden drill.

How they work

Silver Drill

The silver drill have a smaller radius, but you'll gain more money from selling the gems if you use it.

Golden Drill

The golden drill have a significantly larger radius, but you'll also lose a lot more money if you use it.

You will get a pamphlet showing the different tiered gems and their values. You can see it in your inventory.

I recommand using the Silver Drill, as you'll get more money from it, and if you use this guide, you won't need the extra radius from the Golden Drill. However, if you just want to keep the gems in your inventory, and want to use the golden drill later for future updates, go for that one instead.

What You'll Get

All the gems and items are in specific, set locations. So there is a limited ammount of them.

As of right now, there are 349 items hidden accross Velua

If you dig up everything, you will get:

108 small blue gems

28 medium blue gems

19 large blue gems

70 small green gems

40 medium green gems

19 large green gems

26 small red gems

17 medium red gems

22 large red gems

That's 432 800$ using the Silver Drill
And 324 600$ using the Golden Drill, by using the silver drill, you will make a profit of 108 200$

Held Items

This section was made for people who only want to get the held items, and for better organisation.

The Energiser Gem is located at the top of Hayville.

Pearlio is located inside Donar Island's trainer hub.

__________________________________________

The Smart Gem is located inside Donar Island's power tower on the very first floor.

__________________________________________

The Fear Disc is located at the bottom right corner of the Soggy Swamp's first area, you will need to surf your way to the island.

The Revitalizer Gem is located in the Soggy Swamp's second area, inside the house.

Amethio is located at the center of Pawburry.

Ambrio is located right in front of the Pyramid's entrance in Dawn Valley

The Gold Lump is located inside the Miner's house. Which is in the top right corner of Vlamma

The Stinky Disc is located in the Dojo route.

The Lazy Gem is located in front of the house at the very top of Alavi.

Saphiro is located in the Submerged Tunnels's 5th area.

After all this, you're probably wondering if there's a big reward for getting all the gems! The short answer is.... No.

But hey, you still get a good ammount of money if you decide to sell the gems. Or keep them to flex on everyone!

Trivia

In app version 1.0.22, there used to be a bug where all the medium red gems where turned into large red gems.
One of the gem near Sart's pyramid used to be blocked off by one of the NPCs, making it impossible to get all the gems.
