Good catch! That appears to be duplicate data from the original guide. I think Abyss Worm is also doubled up? Either way, I fixed it

On Mainz Mountain Road the checklist shows three entries for Fall Eagle. However I have only found two, the normal one and the extermination mission boss. Is this a mistake or is there a third entry hiding somewhere? Thanks!

Good catch! Those are indeed the pumps and EE quartz. I fixed the indicators in the guide. I'm playing through the game first time now, but I was planning on doing a more thorough audit of everything on my NG+ playthrough, once I can access the Geofront B Sector completely.

the progress tracker for chests lists two chests in Crossbell City in the prologue containing a Tear Balm and Smoke Grenades. Where are these chests? My guess is that they're the chest just outside Villa Raisons and the one through the secret passage next to Trinity in Downtown, but these contain the Eagle Eye quartz and Flower Pumps respectively (items that don't show up in the list)

I was just coming here to mention that Shenai. Rather than Keeping a count for (let's say fish) 4/24, checking 4 boxes drops it to 4/20. His solution fixes it.

Thanks, this is very useful.

Just as a heads-up there's a couple of typos in your progress tracking formulas for the Quartz. On the progress tab the total's first reference is pointing to A2:2 instead of A2:A and the "Done" column points to column D on the Quartz tab instead of A. Which makes the counter on top of the Quartz tab count down instead of up :)
Figured you'd want to know.

Glad to be of help! I figured I was going to want it, even if tracking *everything* isn't necessary. One of the reasons I didn't initially include quests was that I didn't know if the Evolution quests would be involved. I might give that a go this weekend
