Special Thanks

  • DoubleOSpanky for finding the screens that where not aligned, the occlusion problem on the ceilings, finding floating objects on the guard spawn room, idea for indirect lighting on the corners of the guard room, the idea for the anti-campers route, telling me you can actually edit the lightmap data by hand and for the idea for adding sprites as decals that worked like a charm.
  • Fleig for finding where you can get stuck on the server room, noticing there was no time limit and for the idea of one set of armor for the intruders.
  • Munter for pointing out the shotgun was not visible in the guard's room & the guard's shortcut to be addressed post contest.
  • Polybius for the tip on increasing the lightmap resolution to fix blackspots.
  • Define Brackish Water for telling me your weapon started with 30 bullets, but if you reload it it went down to 15 again.

Once in a lifetime you'll come across a map that truly captures the history and cultural distinctions of the intruder community the way a person can subjectively perceive it through our guided field of perspective. I have to admit, I had my doubts when I first learned of the map. After all, a map made by xixo? Will this map even be good? How ignorant was I to even have these thoughts. Little did I know I was about to indulge in what may have been the best 2 hours and 21 minutes of my life.
