(1) Download these 2 files. REMEMBER you need WinRAR to unzip these files. Files courtesy of AtomiCSwift:

(2) After unzipping, copy or cut both files and go to the local game files. Go to your library, left click on the game and select "Manage" and then "Browse Game Files."

(4) Inside the game files go to BINARIES then WIN32 and paste both files into the folder using CTRL+V.
