7.33 Updated magic build.

ne0nlightning the phylactery abuser presents to you phylactery Arc Warden. This build drastically changes how the hero is played, what heroes it can be picked with and against.

This build turns you into a hardcore battlemage thanks to the new dire flux as well as phylactery. Even though magic arc warden has been nerfed after the removal of the lvl25 talent (50% cdr on tempest double) and the nerfing of aghs, 7.33's changes to arc warden make him a much better brawler. Arc warden already had strong power spikes with max flux and lvl 6 but now with this build it is improved even further.

Even the old arc warden magic build needed some farm to come online, with this build you are online as quick as minute 8 and have insane kill potential.
When you aquire phylactery, focus on ganking and initiating teamfights. With the increased range on flux at level 10 you can catch out enemies / start fights from a safe distance where you aren't committing much.

Some things to note with the new changes to arc warden:

- Dire flux has heavy kill potential on lane, it does great damage and can bully most heroes out of lane. Keep this in mind and try to get effective flux on your enemy as much as possible.
- Dire wraith's lower spawn time and increased slow allows you to set up your higher damage wraith (radiant) reliably from great range.
- Dire bubble is extremely good at empowering your range cores.

The main drawback from this build is that it heavily relies on snowballing, although there are very few situations where this arc warden build cannot fight, if you severely lose your lane it is no longer worth persuing phylactery. Furthermore, if your team-mates are refusing to fight, this build is obsolete. This phylactery build relies on an early timing where enemies are weaker so I reccommend stressing this to your team-mates. I like to tell my team straight away that I am not farming, this encourages your supports to follow you and fight and does not scare your core with the idea of a farming mid Arc Warden

Another thing to consider when following this build is that dispel is extremely strong against it. I would not play it against oracle, pl or any other low cooldown dispel hero. From experience it still works against slark and legion commander as long as you are playing around their dispel and not throwing your spells out at once.
