Item Display Library (aka API)

A new global library to handle displaying items in a similar way as Tainted Job.

The instructions and documentation on how to use it are in the library file, if you are a modder looking into using this file, it should not be an issue.

This mod does nothing by itself, however due to its global nature, it means mods will grab this version (which will ALWAYS be the most up to date) before their own if they use it. So it is still recommended to have even if you're not a modder.
