You will learn how to get unlimited caps and lunch boxes.
Main thing:
Step 1: open run. (press windows key + r)
Step 2: type %appdata% in the input box.
Step 3: press enter
the top of file explorer should look something like that.
press "appdata" on the top bit.
click "local"
find the folder called "FalloutShelter" and go into it.
in the foder "FalloutShelter", you should find some files and Vault1.sav, Vault2.sav Vault3.sav etc. (depending on how many vaults you have)
find the .sav file of your vault ex: Vault3.sav
keep that window open.
open your browser. type in http://dinoz.mobi/shelter-editor/#dweller
once in, drag your .sav file to the white box.
Your're in!
use all the helpful tools there.

-> If you're in the FalloutShelter folder there should be save files for your vaults i'm not sure what happened
