SPECTRE, a simple and easy character to control, have dps and tanking ability on late game.
i prefer using my dota 1 build for spec still and is much more effective than the get go "Radiance" build due to it's risks of late farm.The radiance build takes at least 12-28+ minutes to farm while if you go with the classic build you could get "Diffusal & Manta" by 28 minutes. i can garantee you 90% win rate with the classic build.
