The Carcassone flag looks very strange, it is blue + brown on a global map.

Lords and Heroes aren't affected by general faction data; they have their own textures and colors.

The recolors don't capture the Lord's mounts. I.E. Lords under the Lady have blue and orange cloth on their mounts.

The infantry models themselves are recolored though.

Faction colors (as the mod says) and Carcassone Flag (the update).
I decided to create new mod as simple precaution back then, as I didn't know how changing flag would work with other mods.
