Wealthy Major Empires - More "Background Income" (Rat-ee-jiK)

This small mod changes the base income of major (playable) factions from 3,000 to 5,000 on all campaign types for Total War: Warhammer 3. Should also work in multiplayer campaigns.

** Minor factions get half of that (just 2,500) **
** Affects player and AI **
** Compatible with most mods (only changes 2 files) **
** Fully save compatible **
** Works differently to the other empire wealth mod because it doesn't boost Minor Empires' wealth as well. Only Major Factions are richer **

More mods planned for release soon (cavalry related).

Let me know if you would like even more cash e.g. 10,000 vs 5,000 for minor factions. I can make an alternative version.
