Flatgrass improved for TTT, version 2.
Changes from original map:
- Added extra player and weapon spawns
- Made the secret room accessible to gameplay
- Restricted game play area to a smaller chunk of the grass
- Added ladders back up to the main area, and a window in the center that leads down to a safe pool of water
- A few extra details to make the map less barebones

For the few sadistic people that actually want to play flatgrass in TTT. The map's still flat, y'all. That's not gonna change.
