The Tattered Prince for A Game of Thrones

Adds a flavor scenario in A Feast for Crows where the Tattered Prince approaches the Mother of Dragons with an offer. Designed by Tini.
The Tattered princes offers the aid of the Windblown to Dany near the start of the bookmark A Feast for Crows, in exchange she will declare a war for his claim on the throne of Pentos.
Upon victory, the Tattered Prince assumes the realm of Pentos, reveals his long lost identity, and takes Nymeria Sand as Queen. He also aligns his new realm with Dany, unless a fiery ambition takes hold.
The New King can then fight for Nymeria's claim on Volantis.
