[VManip] Contextual Animations with Options

Adds flavor animations for some events, such as button presses, swimming, nearby explosions, barnacle choking
Requires VManip
You can now toggle if you want to see any of the animations.

cl_vmanip_use 1/0 - Use animation, typically plays when opening doors, pressing buttons, and other interactions. PET DA ANTLION GRUB
cl_vmanip_barnacle 1/0 - Barnacle choking animation
cl_vmanip_explosion 1/0 - Explosion hand shielding animation, plays when something explodes in your face (duh)
cl_vmanip_voicechat 1/0 - It was in original addon and I can't tell if it even works, toggles animation with voicechat
cl_vmanip_swim 1/0 - Left hand swimming motions animation. Plays underwater when actively moving.

I have noticed that some users may have a little bit of trouble getting the cl_ commands to be registered by the game. I have encountered this myself, try forcing the effect to play first, aka if you can't disable use animation - open a door or press a button, forcing use animation to play, and then try the command again.


Updated Original Addon because more options and settings to choose from is better (and because I hate the explosion anim in my game, ugh), now you can make it most enjoyable for your liking. Taking no credit for original work and animations.
