This is a copy I made of the original mod by @Thon but he removed the mod from the workshop so I'm reuploading it for everyone that is missing it.

In the vanilla of Crusader Kings III, the two new dynasty legacies are only available to dynasties that are involved in the Iberian Struggle.

This mod (so far) makes the following changes:

Metropolitan:
Still available to dynasties in the Struggle
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the Iberian heritage
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Republican Legacy" tradition (such as the Italians)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Parochialism" tradition (such as the Dutch)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "City Keepers" tradition (such as the Anglo Saxons)

Coterie:
Still available to dynasties in the Struggle
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the Iberian heritage
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Communal" ethos
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Family Business" tradition (such as the Baranis)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Tribal Unity" tradition (such as the Bedouin)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Mystical Ancestors" tradition (such as the Han)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Strong Kinship" tradition (such as the Gaelic)
