You can actually get this right when you gain the ability to make Molotovs. Just wait till the 3 enemies get close to each other during their conversation and throw it at them.

Melee kill an enemy using a bottle
Only a stealth kill will actually use the bottle in your hand.

Laying Down The Law
Kill 6 enemies with the Revolver without reloading
Go for headshots :)

Dead Ringer
Get 25 headshots using the Bolt-Action Rifle
DLC weapons like Venom or Goldenfang don't count for these achievements. Gotta use base weapons.

Renegade
Melee 5 enemies off a ledge
I found a lot of opportunities for this in the final level but keep an eye out for enemies near an edge anywhere. They don’t need to die from the fall.

A Trusty Old Friend
Kill 5 enemies within 10 seconds using any rifle
A good spot to do this is your first combat encounter in the Acropolis. There are 4 enemies at first but by the time you kill them a few more will appear. Just be quick and accurate :)

Glub Glub Glub
Drown 3 enemies using a water finisher
Simply press your melee button when near an enemy while you are under water. You should get enough chances to get this naturally but you can also reload checkpoints to farm the same spot.

Blade of Justice
Perform 25 special stealth kills with the knife
You’ll need to get the knife first, after that any melee stealth kill will count towards the achievement.

Chemical Warfare
Kill 5 enemies with one Poison Arrow
You’ll want the upgrade that increases the range of your poison arrows. I was able to get this achievement once I reached the Weather Station. Dive under the ice, stealth kill one of the enemies by the exit, then get out of the water. Alert the other enemy and soon enough 5 or 6 enemies will emerge from around the corner. Try to shoot your arrow right by the red vehicle to create a choke point, hopefully they’ll all get caught. I think they actually got stuck for me before i shot my arrow so some luck may be involved. The screenshot should help a bit.

Triple Threat
Kill 3 enemies with 1 Shotgun blast
Assuming you’re playing the main story on Extreme Survivor for the achievement, wait until you complete Soviet Installation and they replay it using chapter replay elite in the expeditions menu. Choose Adventurer difficulty, and the highest damage shotgun available once you load in. Wait till you get to the spot in the screenshot where two guys by the fuel leak call the third guy over then position yourself as close as you can to all 3 of them.

You can do this in the main village in the geothermal valley. To dive you need to press your aim button when you jump.

No Guts, No Glory

I got this by diving off the platform outside the Observatory. After you unlock the path to Kitezh you’ll be able to get to it.

Attend a funeral
After the Flooded Archives, head past the campfire and to the left, head down the hill a little ways and on your left again you’ll see a small gathering of people. Stand nearby and you should get the achievement.

Quiet Time
Find the best seat in the house
You’ll need to climb onto a ledge above a tower for this one. The player marker marks the location in the screenshot.
Zipper
Perform a manual zip line transfer
There’s a few places in the game where one zipline will chain or ‘feed’ into another. Before it happens automatically you need to press whatever your [drop] button is and aim yourself towards the second zipline. One good location for this is the zipline near the Copper Mill Bridge base camp. You’ll need to go down this zipline as part of the story so you can’t miss it. Another is after you go through the research base. Upon returning to the area after the story/quest there you will find the path to progress through the area has changed to include a bunch of ziplines. Near the end is another zipline where you can jump off and reattach to gain this achievement. There’s another unavoidable one once you get to the lost city.

Siberian Ranger
Beat 15 combat encounters after completing the game
A combat encounter is anytime you encounter enemies in areas after you’ve finished them. I’m not sure whether they count towards achievement progress until you complete the game though. A good circuit you can run in the soviet installation is fast travelling to logging camp, then going to the central structure, then the large rock/forest behind it, then the copper mill yard. In each of those locations you should find a small group of enemies. Once you clear each area fast travel from copper mill yard back to logging camp and repeat until you’ve got the achievement. Between those 3 encounters you should only have to do this 5 times.

Fully upgrade one weapon
The climbing pick will probably be the first one you’re able to complete.

Shoot 15 deer in the heart
For this you’ll want the anatomical knowledge skill which you can get from the Catacomb of Sacred Knowledge in the Geothermal valley. This will highlight the heart of your target and enable you to progress in this achievement. For convenience you might also want the True Shot skill which eliminates the need to carefully aim for their heart.

Replay 5 different levels without taking any damage
Challenge tombs are a good option as they don’t have enemies.

For Endurance Co-op you can only equip two challenges. This applies to your partner as well meaning you can earn 4 achievements per run.

Unfortunately the treasure map doesn't reveal chest locations so you'll have to find these yourself. There's one at the top of every tower and at least one in each of the three main areas of the map. Shouldn't take too much effort

Listen and follow the directions carefully and this should be no problem.
