I will offer a few suggestions about making improved version of this map.
1) Raise the water level.
2) Make the bunker under the lighthouse with the same secret entrance as in Half-Life 2.
3) Fix houses.
4) Fix textures in some places.
5) Expand a little the empty area around the base.
6) Add background sounds of the sea and ambient.
