jump to the platform below the spawn of layer 4

Do rika's quest first, then jump to your death there.

worth mentioning that it didn't work when I was in Rika's quest to get the plant, but it did work once the questline was completed.

you need to die by fall damage in layer 4. then it will go to cut scene
