I have three solutions on how to fix the steam cloud save error for WWE2k22 if its not syncing itself

1. Click the retry button if you are using Cloud Saves like I am

2. Reboot Steam and do the first one again

3. Repair your steam Library folder on your Drive

And that's all of the three solutions i have so far, If you have any questions please let me know i'll try my best to help you guys as much as I can.

(note) IF you receive this Steam Cloud Error DO NOT CLICK TO PLAY THE GAME!!! because if you do that's when it will Prompt you to start all over again YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!!! in this game including your CUSTOM SUPERSTARS!!!, and all of the hard work you guys put in this game. If you do click yes to start over well. Then there's nothing I can do about it If that's the case PERIOD.

(second note) Make sure you are trying all of these three methods while you guys are connected to the Internet that (only counts for those who use Steam Cloud)
