This puzzle starts you with a star, use that on the cash, and match up the cash at any opportunity you get. Even if you don't have any good cash moves, you can always swap two power pieces and that will usually clear a good chunk of the puzzle and drop even more ash that will just fill itself out and fatten your wallet. And if you ever have the chance to make a star, do it, and use the star on the cash.
