Pride Backgrounds!

Adds various pride backgrounds to the "Distinguished Wallpaper Assortment" heavenly upgrade.
The Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender, Genderfluid, Non-Binary, Intersex, Ace, Pan, and Intersex Inclusive Progress Flag are currently included.

This mod can probably be improved. Not all banners have the same number of dark and light stripes before they repeat. If I can find a way to manually set in game on what pixel it should loop the background rather than stretching the image to fit what it expects, that would be preferred. It would also be great if anyone has Orteil's background psds. Currently i'm using using a modified versions of one of the games default backgrounds with a lot of filters to get it to look right. I'd also love if I could add a new category to the background selector, but it's not so bad having them all front loaded
