The sword is a Ghost Template, wich means you cant get it in game, you can use XSkin to use this weapon, just remember to turn off the ONWED filter in the bottom right corner of the reskin menu

Oh you kids... this is from XenoSAGA, which was "pretty good", but vastly inferior to Xenogears, which is still one of my favorite games ever made.
