The one thing skyrim excels at is atmosphere and immersion. And the music oozes tranquility, i can hear it by looking at that picture. i can hear the wind, slightly breezing over the water, the gazing on the cold mountains in the distance, the peace and calm of mind while just standing there.

Looks like you're running similar stuff to me. 3D Rocks, and Skyrim 2020 Parallax by Pfuscher has some great textures too. Regardless, this is super atmopsheric.

as in what mods or if i have mods? if the latter then yes. If the former then, yes. mod list : Enhanced Lights and FX, Folkvangr, Nordic UI, RUSTIC MOUNTAINS, Skyland, Skyrim Textures redone, Splashes of storms, and Vivid weathers.
