Equip the Frank mask and load up Firestarter contract.

To get this achievement you will have to be tased a total of 25 times by a "tazer." But thanks to this game's wonderful mechanics, being electrocuted by literally any other means will accumulate tazepoints towards this achievement.

Equip the Frank mask under Event tab.

Once you have done that load up Firestarter and play through until the 3rd day.

The Shortcut

Once you take over the bank on Day 3, DO NOT turn off the power to the vault. Instead, interact with the drill to taze yourself. Repeat this 25 times to unlock the achievement.
