Party like it's 2009. At least, do it while you can before he gets you....

Replaces the voice clips and music for The Smoker with various Legacy YTP sound effects. Most notably from Hotel Mario and the Super Mario World cartoon.

It's recommended that you use this as a companion piece to CarboardLuigi's Smoker mod. Though, if you want your default Smoker sounding like an ancient Spadinner Youtube Poop, you do you I guess.
