Located in the Downtown Business Improvement District of Lower Manhattan, 250 Broadway offers proximity to New York City Hall Park and a wealth of transportation options.
The building has three sides of windows and light, and ample opportunity to respond to the needs of today’s tenants.
Along with the recently completed elevator modernization project, 250 Broadway is also undergoing a lobby remodel projected to be finished by the end of 2022.
