Presentation

This is essentially an update of WW's Buttons to be compatible with 1.14

This changed the toolbar to something more varied and beautiful, resembling the old style of buttons pre-La Resistance.

Also made the buildings look less cartoony and more in line with HOI4's art style (s/o to Gold Battle Moose for the buildings icons here)

it would be so cool if you released a modded ui with the style of the mod's thumbnail, we don't have many ui of that style and most are outdated

Minor bug, icons in the new province view are shifted out of frame in Gotterdammerung update.
