Basics
There are 3 ways to break the Rolling Death Craddle (RDC for short)
People can never seem to agree, so here's the short definitive answer

Like with any chain throw, you need to press the break exactly when you take the previous hit

- The initial grab is a 1 break
(King crouchdashes towards you)

- The 2nd hit is a 1+2 break with a short break window
(Press when King breaks your arm)

- The 3rd hit is a 2 break with a short break window
(Press when King bends your head backwards)

- If you fail to break the 3rd time and he's got you rolling on the floor, you can't do anything
A few more details
King can choose to mix RDC up with other throws during any of the 3 parts, but RDC can only be used if he uses the arm break (the 1+2 break) after the initial grab. This same arm break is also what leads into the most dangerous options.

This arm break (the 1+2 break) and the 3rd breaks have short break windows - you need to be pressing the break input right as you are taking damage (you basically need to mash if the connection is bad)

Frames on successful throwbreak
+2 after the 1st break
+3 after the 2nd break
+3 after the 3rd break
Alternate methods
The initial grab always comes from a wavedash at i12 and is a high
- You can usually see it coming
- You can interrupt it with faster moves (remember, RDC is a throw and won't grant counterhits)
- Duck and commit to a launch punish so he won't try again
- High crush it
- Backdash out of range
- Use 1 or strings that start with 1 to control the neutral and simultaneously be ready for the 1 break (be careful, since a wavedash will often evade jabs)
