with this you run dxvk and openspy at same time :)

exe is patched with openspy from http://beta.openspy.net/en/howto/generic/srow2pc

[Main]
[Patched - EXE]
1) Download Patched exe - https://mega.nz/file/t8oQAJQR#u42ZCzjmC2NSz6vsbjNiXe11iusHRShgRIS_w_rq-6w
2) copy patched exe to root folder and replace with original

[Optional]
[vulkan]
1) Download DXVK - https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases
2) Extract content from x32 to root folder (d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll)
3) make file name dxvk.conf and open it
4) paste in d3d9.maxFrameLatency = 1
5) done.
