Personal edit to significantly reduce weapon mod spawns and balance suppressor effectiveness. Adds weapon mods to Blackbeard's Various firearm mods.

Edited Spawns: 'aksuppressor' "ProceduralDistribution" weight; 50 > 1
All other attachments "ProceduralDistribution" weight; 100 > 2

Edited Suppressors: 'riflesuppressor' "soundVolume" and "soundRadius"; 0.10 > 0.4
'pistolsuppressor' "soundVolume" and "soundRadius"; 0.10 > 0.3
'aksuppressor' "soundVolume" and "soundRadius"; 0.10 > 0.3

it works for me, need to make sure it loads after the main mod however
