GTA Vice City has 100 Hidden Packages to be collected throughout the map. This guide shows where to find them all. Hidden Packages are your traditional open world collectible. They are often hidden in obscure locations or hard to reach areas, and several of them will require a helicopter to access. Collecting all 100 Hidden Packages is required for the 100% completion. I recommend you save game regularly.

As some Hidden Packages are only accessible with a Helicopter, you will want to purchase the Hyman Condo in Downtown. This has a helipad which will always have a Maverick spawned on it, so you can simply return to this safehouse to collect one. Alternatively, you can locate a helicopter on top of the VCN Building in Downtown (Hidden Package #61), which you can access via an entrance on street level.

Every 10 packages you collect up to 70 will unlock a weapon/item at the Ocean View Hotel, Vercetti Estate and Hyman Condo:
10 Hidden Packages – Body Armor
20 Hidden Packages – Chainsaw
30 Hidden Packages – .357 Python
40 Hidden Packages – Flamethrower
50 Hidden Packages – .308 Sniper
60 Hidden Packages – Minigun
70 Hidden Packages – Rocket Launcher

Every 10 packages you collect from 80 to 100 will unlock vehicles at certain locations:
80 Hidden Packages – Sea Sparrow at the rear of Vercetti Estate
90 Hidden Packages – Rhino inside the entrance of Fort Baxter Air Base
100 Hidden Packages – $100,000, Hunter at the rear of Fort Baxter Air Base and on the helipad at Lance Vance’s house in Ocean Beach (after completing the game)

Located inside a broken room of the eastern mansion on Prawn Island. The room can be accessed by going upstairs and jumping through the hole in the wall.

Located inside Studio C in the film studio. If you haven’t purchased the studio you can access it via a ramp on the building to the east or with a helicopter.
