Scheme creating
1. Open color menu via "Options -> Colors"
Now you can see scheme palette. Each in-game object have own color represents as three numbers using RGB color model[en.wikipedia.org]:

Each color channel value (Red / Green / Blue) might be in 0 to 255 range.

2. Find the colors you want
You can use any 3-party tool you familiar with but I suggest you simplest method:
  • open google[www.google.com]
  • type "color picker" in search bar
or just open a link[www.google.com] :)

Here you can pick a color you looking for and figure out what RGB value it has.

I will use color from screenshot above as example:
this orange color = 235, 64, 52 (R = 235, G = 64, B = 52).
We will set this color for background.

3. Copy RGB color code into game for element you wish
Let's turn game background color into our orange from example:

Now you can see background = 235 64 52 as in color picker.

4. Toggle color scheme to custom
Don't forget to toggle color scheme to custom one we just made via "Options -> Color theme -> Custom":

That's all! Now you can see changes in-game:

Feel free to experiment with color and change color for all available objects! Good luck!

How to reset scheme to default
1. Copy default scheme code:
b6rz8rdws4Hc4uS239jH8+zbsG9qfH10xOjq9enY//XYyMKz//TkAA=

2. Paste it via "Options -> Color -> Paste"

That's all!

tried making my own theme based on "Google Maps Dark", to try and make the colors more distinguishable while reducing overall visual noise (basically just making the important parts stick out :steamhappy:).

@Lord Strong choose the color you wish (for any component) in any color picker and change and paste it into color scheme in-game, I dunno how to explain in another way

i found i can change to a darker blue by changing rgb 10/10/200 and purple to 200/10/200. i can easily tell them apart now.

how do i make blue darker and purple with more red?

im having trouble understanding this entire topic. i just want some different shade to tell them apart. right now orange looks like yellow and blue and purple look same brightness. i have zoom in to compare up close then i can almost tell them apart but i have to do this every time.

how do you change the default colors not just the background and dark or light.
