Beskrivning
hr_checkpoint it's basically a modified version of cs_compound from Counter-Strike: Source themed Half-Life 2.
What before was a terrorist's hideout, now an Overwatch's base where they keep APCs in store, to be fixed or refueled
in the middle of a wasteland. Or rather it was as it seems to be abbandoned.

\ Changes /

The first noticeable changes are the sky and time, using the "painted" skybox i was able to turn the time of day to midnight.
Lights were added around the map and inside buildings and new props from Half-Life 2.
Some props were removed, mainly duplicates or other ones that would help player reach high places along a lot of clip brushes.
Some doors were open and other closed for the same purpose.
A new whole playable zone was opened, smaller buildings sealed off and another one is missing a whole wall for NPCs with bigger hitboxes to get in.

\ Features /

As mentioned above a new playable zone was opened, this will let the player walk around the whole main section.
New lights were added but only on one slice of the map while keeping the opposite constantly in the dark. You will find upon loading the lights to be turned off,
a generator was put in the map for you to turn them on for a random ammount of time before shutting off.

\ Horde /

This map was created for the custom game mode " Horde " by Gorlami.

or you know, turn off your mat specular

the prop shine might just be a client side issue. it can happen on almost any map

can fix the lighting bug because map is just dark and all prop are shinning

Thats really some useful information!
If i had known soon i would've tried, people seem to enjoy hr_checkpoint so the day i'll fix it i will be using all of this, so thank you.

you should use the node names made for horde

Zombie spawn: info_horde_enemy_spawn
used on entity's
where enemies spawns

Boss spawn (optional): info_horde_boss_spawn
used on entity's
where boss's spawns (if not used, they will spawn on info_horde_enemy_spawn)

Ammo Spawn: info_horde_ammobox_spawn
used on entity's
where ammo spawns

Buyzone: trigger_horde_buyzone
used on Trigger brushes
where you can use the shop (if not used, the whole map will be a shop

Yeah. the gamemode horde uses the nodes to spawn Npcs, but i had removed them from the inaccessible zones, somehow, from what everyone says, they still do.
The other maps i've made doesn't seem to have any problems at all.
