Mav's MW2019: Riot Shield Third-person Fix

The reason why Mav's shield had funky third-person animations was the script using guitar animations. Conveniently, Deviant Ghost's unlocker had scripts that uses the frying pan animations instead, so I combined the two.

I separated the unlocker because keeping the two together somehow caused the NULL ent errors.

Again, I did NOT do the original port or wrote the original scripts. All I did was take the best of both worlds and mash them together. If the original authors want this down, I will put this down.
