Introduction
A very unique tactics game where you can issue commands with your voice instead of the normal User Interface. A very good sci-fi movie and adequate RTS.

Since Im more used to turn based tactics, I have to admit the constant firing and stress of giving out commands to the team really stressed me out, but that's me. The game can be quite challenging past the first 3 training missions.

The game has amazing sound and music design and the voice acting is top notch, cant believe this is an indie game, really.

I really liked Val and her voice actress.

There are a couple of missable achievements, so look out for them.
Other achievements require a voice command, sorry.

You should really spend some time calibrating the voice commands, you will need to move your team mates to different points in the battlefield. Even though there's a lot of action going on, you need to stay calm and leave some gap between words when you say them, you need to talk slowly, calibrate how fast you can say voice commands and the game accepts them as you play the game.

Seriously, if there is something I didnt like about the game, was repeating myself over and over to retreat or move while they just stood there and got killed, I blame us both.

The game takes about 6 to 8 hours and you dont need multiple runs for the achievements.
The checkpoint system will save before a battle, so you wont have to restart the whole mission, unless, you were out of shields and almost dead when the battle started and dont have enough resources to finish the mission, so yeah, reload.

Although it needs an extra hour or so for the survive 12 enemy waves in the war room achievement.

You can play the game with a controller if you want and without using voice commands which is nice for us who suck at pronunciation.

One big.. HUGE thing I hated.. you cant skip in-mission dialogue.. if you fail a part of the mission, you will be sent back and listen to the whole talk over and over again until you pass the mission.

The amount of times I heard Syll's introduction because I failed the sneaky part of mission 5 made me rage quit a few times. Which made me more angry was that I saw the stupid save icon but STILL it took me back to the beginning of the mission and then.. it got bugged and the guards at the beginning disappeared completely which forced me to hit that restart mission button.

In all fairness that only happened the first two times, the third time I restarted, the checkpoint worked as intended but still..

Sometimes, you can skip cutscenes by hitting ESC but I read they might skip achievement triggers too, so you NEED to watch them, its super, super annoying. Phew.. venting feels nice.

Anyway, all in all, it was fun and novel, mostly.

Language schools should have these kinds of games to force students to learn pronunciation and enunciation, haha!
Storyline Achievements
The first 3 missions of the game are like a interactive movie, a good movie.
So just enjoy the ride and learn.
M = Mission

Took the Red Pill (M1)
Guide Corrin out of Ignite Defense.

Re:LAX(M2)
Always fly Burbank.

Training Fray(M3)
The kid gloves are off.

The Secret Unveiled (M6)
You didn't see that coming.

The Fire Rekindled (M7)
She's back.

Sequence Break (M9)
Removed from the course of things.

The End of All Things (M10)
Save one.
Missable Achievements

The Invincible Turret (M6)
Escape from the weapon cache with at least one turret at perfect health.

*Way easier with voice commands (if you can pronounce in good English) but doable without.
Aim the turrets to fire on lanes 3 and 5, command the guys to fire on lane 1 and 2, you will be busy strategically blowing up the mines and ordering turret 2 to fire on whoever gets close to turret 1.

You need to survive around six minutes and guess what? You need to restart the mission if a turret gets damaged, that's right, unskippable dialogue. Its faster just to wait to fail so the checkpoint loads, so order them to hold their fire so you can restart.
Of course, play on Easy to make it, well, easier.

Here's a video on how I did it.

Perfect Override (M8)
Never allow the countdown to reach zero in Farrick's base.

Super annoying achievement, basically you need to babysit the 3 terminals.
The first 2 terminals countdown is for 60 seconds, so you have to "activate override" before the minute is up.

Just select the person you left behind and activate override whenever you can, it shouldnt be a problem. Once you take your last 2 guys to the 3rd terminal, a 90 second countdown starts. You have to keep overriding the first 2 terminals to keep the alarm from going off until the 90 seconds pass.

If you hear an alarm, you failed, let yourself die so you can restart the checkpoint.

The achievement wont pop up until this mission final cutscene ends and the loading screen appears.

Other achievements

War Broom
Sweep all twelve waves of the War Room.

*Use the pistol to conserve energy, dont get flanked.
One character must survive.

Supercharged
Damage four enemies at once with the Charge Gun.

*I unlocked this towards the end of Mission 5, 4 soldiers huddle together to shoot at you, make sure you bring the gun with you to the mission.

Sniper Stun
Never let a sniper in cover get a shot off.

*Dont worry about what it says, all you have to do is stop one sniper from shooting, so, just gang up on a sniper when you find one, killing it as fast as you can before he can fire. You can try to go for it on Mission 6 (dont use mines) or the War Room. I got it on Mission 7.

Pistols In
Complete a mission without switching weapons with any soldier.

*This can be done at the earliest on mission 4, remember to take cover, pause to survey the situation and flank.

Markiplier
Queue up and execute five simultaneous commands.

*You need voice commands, can be unlocked in the war room.
Issue any command on "Mark 1", five times so the queue gets filled.
It will pop once you say "mark 1".
I guess you can use other marks too, like mark 2, etc.
If you are still having trouble, read: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=421069551

Fire at Wil
Don't be a...jerk.

*You need voice commands, can be unlocked in the war room.
The achievement name and picture are the answer.

SCP-41594
Secure. Contain. Protect.

*You need voice commands, can be unlocked in the war room.
Most of the fun of this achievement is figuring it out, please dont look at the hints until you've tried everything in your brainpower.

See more hints here-> Thread: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/319740/discussions/0/610573751157313312/

1st Hint: S__ ______ti__ ____f_a__. A_____ _eq______

1W:3L
2W:10L
3W:9L
4W:6L
5W:9L

More Hints:
Post 16 on the Thread has half of it right.
Request something.
The first word is an Acronym.
The second word can be figured out from the first.
The third word is related to computers.

You will need to issue TWO voice commands, the 2nd replying about the moon.
Hint: Look at the achievement carefully.

*Im not sure if I should put the answer on this guide since so many people would be annoyed if I do, so I wont write it outright but the hints I put are more than enough to quickly figure it out, I believe. It's been more than 5 years since the game came out, but still.

Can you explain in a private message what is needed with the latest achievement? I'm not a native speaker and didn't understand the hint.
