Чтобы узнать вправду ли проблемы на стороне Валв и быть спокойным за свой ПК и интернет, нужно перейти на этот сайт [steamstat.us]

Он позволяет промониторить очень много данных:

Общий онлайн стима
оличество задействованных игроков в самих играх в данный момент
Состояние работоспособности торговой площадки
Состояние доступа к сообществу
Доступ к Steam Web API
Статус активных авторизаций в стиме
Доступность инвентаря игроков, возможность делать различные действия
