No Role Balance v2

Omschrijving
This mod basically removes the limit cap on the captain, medic and security roles. Now you can have as many captain, medic or security personnel without worrying about the limit cap.

This mod is inspired by the original "No Role Balance" made by Mason. Since the original mod is broken after the Birthday Update, I decided to try and fix it.

@Ganja | Ham Mafia | Yes, it is fine to add this in middle of a campaign. It only mess with the Job file, nothing else.

It would be possible to remove or increase the crew limit from 16 to around 30, for example.

Is there a menu to configure? I would like to limit only the number of captains.

@Draconis Are you by any chance using the original mod called "No Role Balance"? Because the original mod had the issue you mentioned. This version does spawn a captain, mechanic and engineer in the Submarine Editor.

So in the Submarine Editor this doesn't spawn in any characters to the sub like vanilla, requiring you to spawn them in yourself. Would it be possible to adjust it to spawn one of each?
