no its not actualy ... with SilverStone NT06-PRO Nitrogon + NOCTUA NF-F12 on cpu ... and 2x 2x Enermax T.B.Silence Manual as income for ... AMD Gigabyte HD7970 OC WF3 (with 3 fans) there is no issue with heat or overheating :D ... problem solved ... I was paying attention for this kinda issue before I pick HW
