How to do it?
Step 1. Start the game.

Step 2. Create a vault, then press "Save and Exit".

Step 3. Press "WIn + R", type "%appdata%".

Step 4. In the folder, click AppData above all folders, then click "Local".

Step 5. Find Fallout Shelter in the folders and open the folder.
Then go to this link: http://dinoz.mobi/shelter-editor/#dweller

Step 6. Load the "Vault1.sav" file from the folder, now prescribe the amount of resources, caps, etc.

Step 7. Save the new file, then move it to the folder, replacing the old file.

QGaming: Look, all you have to do is find the "Vault1.sav" file and upload it to the site for editing. On the site, you put the required number of caps,lunchboxes, etc. Then you click on "Save" and move the new file instead of the old one (replace the file)
