Breath Weapons in Melee Combat

Beskrivning
This little mod vignette unleashes breath weapons from the invalid usage flag when engaged_in_melee. Say Waat?!

What this means is you are enabled to use breath weapons and other joys while engaged in combat. This may reduce your melee damage output while your unit is going through the ability animation sequence. If your unit is jarred during the ability sequence, the ability may be canceled due to animation interruption. In such cases, you may attempt to fire again at no penalty other than miscasting time.

frost_breath, frost_wyrm_breath, cackle_fruit, pyromaniac, bomb_throw, big_boom, cracklebomb, swamp_breath, noxious_breath_imrik, sun_dragon_breath_imrik, dark_fire_of_chaos, death_shriek, fiery_breath, moon_dragons_breath, noxious_breath, pestilential_breath, soporific_breath, star_dragons_breath, sun_dragons_breath, crippling_throw, fire_breath, bellow_of_endless_fury, bellow_of_fury, elemental_breath, nuku_chos_crossbow, copious_vomit

I am very excited for Skarbrand, Throgg, fire bellies, hydras, and river troll hags who often have difficulty using their good stuff due to enemy melee swarming and slow to fire responsiveness combined with animation times of the breath abilities.

Joshwiz, there may be good reasons CA disallowed firing breath weapons for animation compatibility reasons. I am not an animator. Even if I was it would be a lot of work. Each animation is a significant set of efforts.

the breath works on the ground but barely...kinda lame...Any chance u can make it so the high elf dragon break works better from the ground? like from the high elf warhammer 2 trailer?

Saw an error when I opened it up on rpfm, possibly outdated table for unit_special_abilities_tables/bastilean_breath_weapons_in_combat. Not sure what has changed in the update.

This did not work for me with the Kislev Elemental Bear Regiment of Renown while playing RoC. That said, thank you for this mod! I loved it playing WH2 and I'm excited to use it for WH3!

Question, how compatible is this with the mod that turns Breath Weapons into Wind Spells? Would this negate that mod into being normal breaths.
