Sniper Rifle

Without utilizing cover, the Sniper Rifle usually wins every 1v1 standoff.
On the other hand, without cover, you will likely lose every fight with the Sniper Rifle, should your opponent have a Bulletproof Vest equipped.

The knife is one of only 2 melee weapons in Impact Point.

Assault Rifle

Assault Rifle is the only assault rifle in the game at the moment.

Crossbow

Crossbow is a weaker form of the sniper with low BPS and high damage. It has higher BPS than sniper but less damage and is like the SSG to the AWP.

The Shotgun has limited range but makes up with this with firerate and damge

The MP5K is a hybrid of the pistol and ar with high damage rate, BPS and movement speed.

The handgun is just a bad gun with the only good thing it has is movement speed

Chainsaw

Chainsaw is one of two melee weapons in Impact point. It differences itself from the knife by having double the BPS and way longer reach meaning you can kill enemy's from further away.

Revolver

The Revolver is pretty much the Deagle from CSGO thats about enough said.

Bps: 1 bullet every 0.7 seconds or 1.43 bullets a second
DPS: 71.5%

Bullet Proof Vest

Bulletproof Vest: Blocks the incoming Damage of the next hit you receive.
Since it doesn't matter how much Damage this hit would've dealt, it's best to deal with Bulletproofed Players using a fast shooting weapon.
Should you survive the round without having your Bulletproof Vest save you from a hit, you start the next round with your Vest still equipped.

Health

You don't have a health bar in this game, you can see your health, as well as the health of enemies by paying attention to blood loss.
You also move slower based on how much blood you already have lost, there currently is no way to heal yourself during a round.

Basic knowledge

TIPS
If you hold shift or X and any direction on the mouse you can see farther than your view model usually and this is good for peeking and to look for gun spawns at the start.

Use cover

Do NOT press O as it kills you, this only useful if you are stuck

If escape key is broken you can use p to access the menu

Use doors to your advantage, when someone is pushing you close the door and when they open it the door usually blocks the first couple of bullets making it a easy kill if they have a sniper. This is the same reason why you should not push someone in a room with a door closed unless necessary

movement speed

Equipped Weapons also have an impact on your Movement Speed.
With nothing equipped and Melee being the fastest.
Whereas the Minigun and the Sniper Rifle are the slowest.
Typical rule of thumb is the better the weapon the slower it is apart from anomalies like the knife. Usually the size of the gun will tell you how fast / slow it is e.g if its model is big you are slow.

META (what guns to use)

what guns to use updated to update 3. The meta is separated into 2, with body armour vs without body armour. This is kinda common game sense

Body Armour
If your opponent has body armour I highly recommend using a high BPS weapon as the body armour breaks no matter how much damage the shot would do so breaking it as fast as possible is important. The Minigun is best for this but the Mp5k (smg) is also good. I would avoid slower guns like the Sniper and Assault Rifle. For melee weapons against body armour i would recommend the Chainsaw as it has further reach and faster BPS.

WITHOUT Body Armour
Higher DPS weapons i recommend such as the Sniper simply cause it kills in 1 shot. For melee weapons the Knife is best as it kills in 1 hit.

My Take on the Guns
Sniper Rifle and Minigun are the only ones you want to be using unless you like melee combat then its already answered for you above. Crossbow, Shotgun and Assault Rifle all do the same damage but the Shotgun has limited range of fire and both the Shotgun and Crossbow shoots slower then the Assault Rifle so always pick the Assault Rifle over them. The Pistol is just trash so never use that and i would even encourage to never pick it up as it slows down movement and will just make it harder for you to get a better gun. Body armour OP. MP5K is just the Minigun but worse, still the second go to against body armour. Revolver alright its kinda like the deagle from csgo but its kinda mid.
