I hope you harvested the raiders' organs before grinding them up. Otherwise it would be a regrettable waste of silver. Still, interesting setup. I never got much use out of the VFE Mechanoids factories, but this one may be worth a shot one day.
BTW, I recommend the Storage Expanded mod. It comes with meat hooks that can hold almost 20 corpses apiece on a single tile, saving you a crapton of space.
